My stay at the hotel was really nice. The rooms are of okay size with nice beds, although they are a bit small. I loved how they are situated around a lovely courtyard covered by a roof, so you can enjoy the outdoors even in extreme weather. Plus, the breakfast served at the courtyard was just delightful.

The location was ideal, close to public transportation and within walking distance to Beihai Park, the Drum and Bell Towers, and the Lama and Confucius temples. It's also right in the traditional Hutong area, close to great restaurants and shopping.
Dining

Dining was spot on, but just be mindful to request a room on the upper floor to avoid noise in the mornings. The breakfast options were okay with a good variety of food served in the courtyard.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was clean and a good value for money, but the design was a bit haphazard, and the electrical box caused some confusion during the night. The location was convenient with access to the metro line, but it was heavily touristed and could get noisy. The staff was extremely helpful with booking excursions and providing local knowledge, making my stay enjoyable.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated, making me feel like I was in China. However, the walls were a bit thin, so I recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The courtyard was a lovely place to relax, especially because it was always warm and covered by a roof.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It's my favorite chill-out spot! Super easy to reach via the subway from the airport and other parts of Beijing. A short walk to the metro, close to Wangfujing and the Forbidden City. The glassed-in courtyard and surrounding old town vibes were charming.

Dining in the courtyard was a unique experience, surrounded by traditional furnishings. The selection was okay but not extensive. It was lovely to enjoy meals in such a pleasant atmosphere, although noise could be an issue if you're on the lower floor before 7 am.
